Attorney Consultation

A legal consultation with an attorney is the crucial first step to beginning your immigration journey. You work with the attorney to identify the immigration benefits or relief you are eligible for, craft a legal strategy specific to the details of your case, and get reliable answers to questions on your mind. Meeting with the attorney and engaging in detailed discussion through a consultation is the proper way to obtain legal advice.

Consultations require a fee payment of $250, covering brief document review and legal research before the appointment. August Legal, LLC is happy to provide consultations by video or phone for convenience, or in person.

We do not accept cash or physical checks.

  • A payment must be made to reserve your consultation appointment time.

  • Emergency consultations and consultations outside of normal business hours require an additional fee and are subject to attorney availability.

  • The firm does not provide refunds for consultation services.

  • The consultation fee excludes the cost of full representation for any immigration benefits/relief the attorney may find you eligible for.

  • A contract (fee and retainer agreement) with August Legal, LLC must be signed and fee paid before an attorney-client relationship is established.

  • August Legal, LLC cannot make any guarantees regarding eligibility for relief or the outcome of your case.
